"Long story short: Shannon is the consummate realtor. She is knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful, kind, and all around wonderful to work with., When my husband and I first started our house hunt we were on a bit if a time crunch and had some big requests. We met with a couple realtors and ultimately choose Shannon because not only was she fun to talk with but was incredibly knowledgeable and organized. She explained everything in detail (even had flow charts), gave us tasks, and hit the ground running. She didn't waste our time with a bunch of things she wanted to sell, but she did lead us to see what was reasonable and maybe not so reasonable. She worked with our crazy schedules and crazy kids and was kind and positive through it all., When we finally chose a house to put an offer on she was prompt and guided us through the murkey waters of negotiation. She fought for us, assured us what we were asking for was reasonable and got us through what could have been very difficult, or even defeating, situation to the finish line. , Beyond that she continued to check up on us after the purchase and provided us with so much information on changes, great people to work with, and things to do when first moving in (like getting ducts cleaned-- who knew?! As first time home buyers, the process seemed daunting. Shannon helped us through every step of the process. She was knowledgeable, honest, and most importantly understood our vision.
